Rosanna Warmer-Nazir is a Business Development Program Manager in IBM. She is a changemaker and Advocate for Cognitive skills. Her responsibility is to train IBM employees on the New Era Skills, Leading Transformation in an Agile Culture. She is managing a Program for Analytics, Cognitive, Watson, Blockchain, her goal is to build a bridge between business teams and analytics team to enable skills needed for the future. She is giving lectures and speeches at the University of Applied Science in Amsterdam, how technology makes impact on the society which can change lives of people. With her passion for people and her interest to make the World a Better, she Founded Vrouwen Aan Het Werk www.vahw.nl which guide people to the labour market. As chairman and Bachelor Social Worker, she developed the program called World Smart College which is a co-creation between IT companies as IBM, Cisco, Government and University of Applied Science in Amsterdam given people the tools and skills needed in the industry.
